TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: June 8, 2026

By accessing www.tikisunsetretreat.com or booking a retreat or event with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. AGE RESTRICTION (21+)
Our retreats include adult-oriented wellness education, alcohol service, and content intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, attend, or participate. By booking, you certify you are 21 years of age or older.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
All retreats and events require advance booking and full payment by the deadline shown at checkout. Half-off promotional pricing is limited-time and subject to availability. Tickets are issued per couple and intended for two attending guests.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellations more than 14 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but transferable to another retreat date or to another couple at our discretion. No-shows forfeit the entire ticket price. We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for safety, weather, or insufficient enrollment; in that case, you will receive a full refund.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Retreat activities may include yoga, meditation, dance, outdoor and beach experiences, sensory dining, group discussions, alcohol service, and adult wellness education. By registering, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation; you are physically and mentally fit to participate; you release Tiki Sunset Retreat, its staff, partners, and venues from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct; you will notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations needed; and if you have a medical condition, you have consulted a physician about participation.

5. WELLNESS & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Our retreats and any wellness, group discussion, or facilitated sessions are for educational and personal-growth purposes only. They are NOT medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Our facilitators are not providing therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you have or believe you may have a health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

6. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol is served at certain retreat experiences. You agree to drink responsibly and abide by all applicable laws. Tiki Sunset Retreat reserves the right to limit or refuse service.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
By attending, you grant Tiki Sunset Retreat permission to photograph, record, and use images of you in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify staff at check-in in writing.

8. CONDUCT
Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Tiki Sunset Retreat reserves the right to remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, or unsafe, without refund.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, photos, branding, itineraries, and materials are the property of Tiki Sunset Retreat and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY VENUES & SERVICES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiki Sunset Retreat's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the retreat. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
