Our Experts
Dr. LaTasha Russell is a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Berkeley, California, twelve years after graduating from Spelman College.
In her Private Practice, she meets with couples, singles, and families on four continents. She is the Former President of The South Florida Association of Black Psychologists.
As a Social Scientist, she creates teachable moments with corporations in professional development settings. She is a Relationship Coach for professional athletes and their significant others.
Also, Dr. Tasha has authored a book for couples, "It Ain't the Dishes,” which highlights the importance of transparent communication within a couple.
She recently joined the cast of the documentary "HUSH," a film that wants to "Help Us Say Help" in urban communities.
You can see her in action in her women’s and men’s groups, which meet separately. “Ladies Let It Go” and “Justifiably Alpha Men” meet every other month.

A passionate advocate for mental wellness, Dr. Tripp leads a thriving group practice and inspires change through workshops and community outreach across Florida. Her mission: to help others heal, grow, and reignite their best selves—both individually and together.
