Tiki Rental

Event rental packages include up to 25 guests max. 

All packages include a 4-hour duration. (Events end at 10pm).  For events longer than 4 hours, additional cost of $200 per hour.

A 50% deposit is required to book the event date.

Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event.

All events require a $150 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable security deposit.

In the event of a cancellation, all payments will be refunded minus 25% for holding the date. Events cancelled within 5 days of the event can be rescheduled to an available date at no extra costs.

All events receive 1 hour prior to the event for setup. Break down and clean up must occur within 30 min after event. (If more decorating time is needed, please let us know). All events must end on time, or the refundable deposit may be compromised. (No later than 10pm)

Parking available on site for 12 cars max. we encouraged guests to uber or carpool.

Use of the Tiki Bar requires hiring of our bartender $125/hr (if bringing own alcohol) or purchasing a bar package. If you do not hire the bartender or purchase a bar package you will have use of the portable bar only (unless included in the package listed below)
